Cancellation policy
Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until December 1, 2019 (11:59 pm CET) to the Administrative Secretariat. After this date no refund will be possible. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.
All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
